HOW DO I SET UP AND/OR USE VOICEMAIL?
To set up voicemail, hold down the
key on your mobile phone and follow the instructions. Enter your password (between four and eight digits), record your name, and record your voicemail greeting.
Voicemail setup must initially be done from your mobile phone. Voicemail calls made from your mobile phone will use minute(s) from your monthly plan.
To use voicemail once it has been set up, dial your mobile phone number from any touch-tone phone, or hold down the
key on your mobile phone. As soon as your hear your voicemail greeting, press the
key to interrupt the greeting. Listen to the voice prompts, and enter your password.
You can use the following keypad shortcuts while listening to voicemail message(s):
Check the time/date of the message
Play the message faster
Play the message slower
Skip to the end of the message
Fast forward through the message
Skip to the start of the message
Rewind through the message
Skip to the next message
Quickly erase the message
Quickly save the message
You can use the following keypad shortcuts after listening to voicemail message(s):
Save the message
Erase the message
Check the time/date of the message
