WHY DOES "NO SERVICE" APPEAR ON MY PHONE'S DISPLAY?
If the "No Service" message appears when you turn on/power up your phone, this is normal behavior. Your phone may take several moments to acquire a wireless signal when it is turned on/powered up, and the message should disappear once a wireless signal is acquired.
If the "No Service" message persists, you may be in a location where the wireless signal is too weak, such as a subway or mountain valley, or where you are not in close proximity to a cellular tower. Weather and other environmental conditions may also be contributing factors. Try your call again when you are in a different location.
