WHY CAN'T I MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS?

First, make sure that your phone is turned on/powered up, and that your phone's battery is charged.

Next, make sure that your phone has acquired a wireless signal, and that the "No Service" message is not displayed.

If you are trying to make a call, make sure that you have dialed the phone number correctly. If necessary, redial and/or retype the phone number to try your call again.
