CAN I KEEP MY EXISTING PHONE NUMBER?

Yes! As long as your existing phone number is still active/being serviced by another mobile provider, and we can provide wireless service in your area, we can port the number to the Charity Mobile service at no additional cost. Prepaid phone numbers (such as TracFone®) cannot be ported to the Charity Mobile service.

If you are in a contract with another mobile provider, please note that they may charge you an early termination fee if you switch to Charity Mobile before the end of your contract term. Contact your existing mobile provider for details.
