CAN I USE MY EXISTING PHONE WITH YOUR SERVICE?

Charity Mobile has had some success providing mobile service to customers who already have their own phone. Please call us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 or e-mail us at info@charity-mobile.com for details about the requirements.

While this has been successful in some cases, not all phones are compatible with our service. In all cases, the customer is required to pay a non-refundable $39.95 activation fee. This non-refundable charge can be applied towards the purchase of a new phone in the event that the customer's existing phone is not compatible.
