Can I change my monthly plan?
Yes, you can change your monthly plan at any time by calling us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 or e-mailing us at info@charity-mobile.com. The new monthly plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.


How do I "support the charity of [my] choice?"
When you sign up with Charity Mobile, we will pay 5% of your plan's monthly cost to the charity of your choice. You can search our current list of charities in the Search for a charity! field in the sidebar on the right side of every page.


Can I change my charity selection?
Yes, you can change your designated charity at any time by calling us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 or e-mailing us at info@charity-mobile.com.


How will I know that my charity is receiving my support?
Your monthly bill will reflect your payment amounts. Alternately, you may contact the charity directly. Payments to charities are sent out when the accumulated monthly amount reaches $10.00.


What if the charity I want to support is not on your list?
Currently, we have over 2,000 charitable organizations to choose from. If your desired charity is not in our list, however, please call us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 or e-mail us at info@charity-mobile.com to request a charity approval form.

If approved, the charity will be added to our list, and will begin receiving your support! Charity Mobile, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any particular beneficiary or charity.


Does Charity Mobile do business under any other company name?
Yes, our corporate name is Cause Based Commerce, Inc.


How long have you been in business?
Cause Based Commerce, Inc. has been providing telecommunications services since it was founded in 1996.
